🌊 I just thought about the waves and how they come in and out - push forward and draw back.
There is this beautiful rhythm that sustains.
Of pushing forward, leaning in, stepping out, being seen, output…
And drawing back, retreating, pulling back to the source, going deep, input…
And I wonder how even this rhythm is in your life?
Or if like me, you are just noticing that maybe you’ve been focusing on one direction and things now feel a bit swirly, the waves feel a bit rougher.
🌊 So how can you take some time today to rebalance your rhythm of output and input?
The more we draw back, the further we go (think of a 🏹 bow and arrow - and the better we hit the target).
