What thoughts do you need to shift? I know so many of us do spring cleaning of all the old garbage and useless, outdated things in our house, but how often do we do a thought clean out?
A hard look at what’s helpful and what’s hurting?
I know sometimes I don’t even think about what I’m thinking, until I’m down in a ditch, wondering, ‘how did I even get here?’.
One poor thought after another.
So let’s stop and check in with what we’re thinking and saying, especially to ourselves.
