What We can Control

🙌🏻 Let’s get clear about what we CAN control - our thoughts, attitudes, perspective/focus, words, actions, reactions... and what we CAN’T control - pretty much everything else.

Let’s focus on what we can control (really the most vital things), and let go of what we can’t.

🙋‍♀️ I don’t know about you, but I need this reminder often.

I find myself unintentionally flipping these - trying to control all the things I can’t, and not be intentional and choosing what I actually can control - the things that can actually protect me, empower me, change everything.

👉🏻 How can you be intentional with your thoughts, attitudes, words and actions today? They really make ALL the difference.
