Don't Forget, You're Human

Who else needs a good cry every now and then to help release all the feels? 🙋‍♀️

It’s amazing what really feeling the emotions and pain and overwhelm and confusion can do to help bring healing and release.

When things are so overwhelming, I find it really helpful (and at times painful) to really feel what’s going on, to acknowledge where you’re at, to share what’s going on for you with someone you trust, to be really real and raw, to let the darkness be seen so light can pour in.

Instead of bottling it all up and pushing on (when I do this, it eventually bursts out ☄️🔥), making space to be real and raw with others and myself helps bring balance back.

If I feel too exhausted to bring myself out of an emotional overwhelm slump, I reach out to others to help me move me through. To help speak out what’s really going on, to help see what I can’t, to help remind me what I already know, to help me really feel it so I can release it.

👉🏻 What do you need right now? A good cry, reach out to a friend, or to be that friend for someone else??

It can feel scary to really feel what’s going on, but that’s the first step of breakthrough.

We so admire your strength in the midst of feeling weak. You are strong and capable and courageous. Everyone struggles, everyone needs help. Do what you need today.
