We choose our focus and attitude - I know I say this all the time, but it really does make all the difference. I need constant reminders to be really intentionally about what am I choosing to focus on...
Because what we focus on is what we experience - if I’m only focusing on the challenge, I will only experience the challenge, even if there’s still amazing things happening all around me, I’ll miss them.
