In my experience, it is the hardest, darkest, most unwanted experiences that I’ve grown the most from (not always in the moment), that have propelled me into my purpose, that have opened opportunities I could never imagine, that give me tools to help others more than anything else.
ChooseREAL was birthed out of painful experiences.
We can’t escape pain and challenges. But we can choose if we let them define us or if we define them.
We can choose how we respond.
We can choose if we let it grow us or blow what we’ve grown.
We can choose what we carry out of that challenging time... bitterness or forgiveness, hope or despair, pain or purpose...
