Ways to create a shift in your life:
STOP
1. Playing the victim
2. Making excuses
3. Letting society tell you how to live
4. Trying to make other people happy
5. Relying on others to make you happy
6. Doubting yourself
7. Comparing yourself and your life with others
8. Having unrealistic expectations.

START
1. Being thankful - try looking for 3 things everyday - even a tiny flower you walk past
2. Turning off gadgets and go outside
3. Believing in yourself
4. Choosing your attitude
5. Making your own happiness - do more of what you love
6. Expressing your creativity
7. Acknowledging your own desires/dreams/wishes
8. Helping others realize they can make their own happiness / that they are not alone
