Intentionally Feeding my Soul

What am I intentionally feeding my soul?? This is a question I’ve been asking myself lately. And if I’m honest, often failing to feed it what truly nourishes.

Wanting a quick fix (like a Netflix escape - to just switch my mind off so I don’t have to really face anything) instead of really tending and nurturing my soul with what really sustains.

It seems easier to just avoid, escape, run away from things, but in doing so, I’m not actually helping, but hindering restoration and growth.

So I’m trying to be intentional about what I feed my soul >> who I allow to speak into my life, what I’m listening to, what I’m watching, what I’m fixing my attention on, where I’m finding my peace and rest.

It takes effort to push past all the temporal quick fixes to what actually brings replenishment. But once we find what really feeds our soul - we have so much more to overflow.
