Get Stuff Done Saturday

A different kind of to do... I wonder, are you like me - with an endless list of things to be done, and keep putting off certain tasks over and over again? Little things that keep pilling up. They don't seem crucial to the big mission so they get left behind.

For me, I'm so passionate about empowering others that I can forget about my own needs at times. I'm so focused on the big mission, that small mundane tasks get overlooked. Because they seem irrelevant in my future focused mind, but actually they can be crucial to everyday living.

And these small needed tasks can create clutter in our minds. We don't fully forget them, so our minds are doing overtime thinking about what's being done as well as what's not - what a stressful workout.

So I challenge you to join me for a G.S.D.S - Get.Stuff.Done.Saturday.
Here's how it works:
- PICK A TIME FRAME - not the whole day - 30mins, 1 hr, a few hours, half a day? You choose.
- WRITE A LIST of all the little things you've been putting off.
- CHOOSE SOME TASKS for today - depending on your time frame, it may be 3, 5, 10 - whatever works.
- Get stuff done - DO IT.
- Then LET GO of all the other things that didn't get done (you can't do everything) and PLAN another GSDD (get stuff done day or hour) to get through more. If we do this every few weeks, we won't have a giant pile weighing us down
- Then HAVE FUN, do something enjoyable, something you love, something that refreshes or energizes you.

Some things might be - tidy my desk, clean out my car, do that random load of washing you've been putting off, send that email, clean out that draw, write that letter, fix that handle, pick up those items, follow up that thing, return/replace those things etc.
